JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences that bring the Burberry brand to life. As a key ambassador of Burberry, you will build meaningful client relationships, provide expert product guidance, and contribute to the success of the store through outstanding service and commercial excellence. This role combines luxury retail expertise with a passion for craftsmanship, customer engagement, and personalised service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an elevated and personalised client experience that reflects Burberry's heritage and values.
• Build lasting client relationships, developing a strong client book and nurturing repeat business.
• Maximise sales opportunities through expert product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring and well-presented store environment.
• Efficiently process transactions, customer enquiries and after-sales requests with accuracy and care.
• Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance and health and safety standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service within luxury, premium retail or a client-focused environment.
• Fluent German and strong English language skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse client base.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship and delivering personalised experiences.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of individual goals.
• Well organised, adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
