As the Head of Content Creation & Campaigns (f/m/d)* , you will take on strategic responsibility for the development and execution of our global content and campaign strategy . In this role, you will shape brand-defining content and emotional campaigns at a strategic level that engage and inspire our global audiences.

Tasks that let you grow

• As Head of Content Creation & Campaigns (f/m/d)*, you take on strategic responsibility for shaping and executing our global content and campaign strategy for both online and offline channels.
• You will lead the marketing project managers and the content and production teams that create and deliver impactful storytelling across all channels – from global brand campaigns to in-house media formats.
• You contribute strategic direction and act as a driving force behind campaign planning, creative execution, and content innovation across our international network.
• In close collaboration with key markets and external partners, you ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication at every touchpoint.
• You continuously analyze campaign performance, provide reports and insights to upper leadership , and drive the ongoing optimization of content-related processes and workflows.

Your profile that inspires us

• You can demonstrate extensive experience in content strategy and campaign management – ideally gained within a leading creative agency or a high-premium or luxury brand.
• In your current or most recent role, you have held a senior position with disciplinary leadership responsibility , successfully guiding interdisciplinary teams through complex projects.
• You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong sense for innovation, storytelling, and brand-driven content across all formats and channels.
• You bring experience in managing multiple concurrent projects , ensuring effective time management, and overseeing budgets throughout both planning and execution phases.
• With clarity and a hands-on mindset, you thrive in dynamic environments and maintain focus.
• You possess excellent communication skills in German and English .
