Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with the highest sustainability standards that is fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are as diverse as our jewelry: about 240 employees with over 40 nationalities give special moments to countless customers every day. By supplying the Pandora stores but also through direct contact with end customers. Via the online shop, we delight them with individual products, such as engravings and stylish gift packaging.

• You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily work processes and staffing needs.
• You take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews.
• You evaluate data to collect productivity as well as create reporting and collaborate with various internal departments. (e.g. Customer Relations.)
• You will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and processes within our systems.
• You will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager and actively participate in the development and implementation of operational processes.

• You have sound experience in the field of employee management.
• You have the ability to analyze problems, to understand details and correlations and to interpret facts in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are characterized by your ability to act and your focus on results. Thus, you are able to make and prioritize decisions even in complex situations and have a high level of commitment.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• With your communication and persuasive skills, you are able to shape discussion situations, actively approach others and radiate confidence and drive.
• Your willingness to change and self-reflection enable you to analyze successes as well as failures, to develop possibilities for improvement and to be positive towards change.
• You have very good MS-Office (especially Excel) and Power BI skills. Preferably you have knowledge of an ERP system.
• Our company language is English. Therefore, very good English skills as well as very good German skills are required.
• You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
