About the Role:

As a  Social Client Solutions Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships for our suite of social media offerings, focusing on client retention, growth, and satisfaction. Unlike the Social Solutions Manager, who oversees the broader social product within the region and facilitates new client onboarding and team training, this role emphasizes strategic account management, multi-platform media execution, and tailored social media support for an assigned client portfolio.

You will serve as a knowledgeable advisor, providing day-to-day expertise, strategic guidance, and proactive account management across  Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat , and other key social networks to drive success across your clients' paid social initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management

• Manage a portfolio of clients, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction across their paid social investments.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through regular performance reviews and strategic discussions.
• Partner with the Client Solutions Management team to execute holistic client growth strategies across video and social channels.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid social media campaigns aligned with client KPIs across multiple platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and pacing, proactively optimizing creative assets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting where needed.
• Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting featuring actionable insights, performance benchmarks, and ROI recommendations.

Social Media Expertise & Client Guidance

• Serve as a trusted advisor on cross-platform social media trends, ad formats, placements, and creative best practices.
• Support clients with strategic channel allocation and planning to maximize campaign impact and cross-platform performance.
• Stay current on emerging social platform updates, privacy changes, and ad product launches to educate clients on new opportunities.

Client Support & Collaboration

• Respond promptly to client requests and provide effective solutions using strong platform and operational process knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, account transitions, and ongoing campaign support.
• Support Senior Client Solutions Managers and broader team initiatives as needed.

Knowledge Sharing & Team Development

• Contribute to internal team training and knowledge-sharing initiatives on social media platforms, ad tools, and video/social formats.
• Apply industry trends, campaign benchmarks, and learnings to continuously improve client outcomes and refine internal best practices.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 2–5+ years of experience in paid social, social campaign management, performance social, or multi-platform media buying within media agencies, digital agencies, or performance marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience with core social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
• Proven track record in client-facing campaign management, media planning, optimization, performance reporting, and strategic account support.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex social media data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
