We are currently looking for a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) to join our team " Master Data Governance Processes and Performance " in Hamburg (City Nord) .

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Satair’s Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes.
  
• Responsible for modelling, documenting, analysing, communicating & training on the Master Data Management process in Satair’s Company Management System (CMS)
  
• Responsible for process alignment, between Satair’s CMS & Airbus Business Management System(BMS) and respective documentation of interfaces and delegations
  
• Supporting and managing process transformation projects (e.g. MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG)
  
• Collaborating in process discovery and design workshops
  
• Establishing & controlling Process Performance Indicators (e.g. adherence, efficiency)
  
• Monitoring process performance & find opportunities to improve the process
  
• Identifying & incorporating requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
  
• Validation of IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope (creation, maintenance and use of Master Data)
  
• Creation and follow up of IT Change Requests
  
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications & validate developments via User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  
• Working closely with Process Owner, other Delegates & orchestrate Specialists community sharing updates, issues & best practice
  

This role requires business travel (occasional) within Europe, and you must be able to travel accordingly.

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with professional experience, ideally as a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) (or a comparable role), we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills, and mindset:

• Experience in business process modeling tools (e.g., Symbio, PLCM)
  
• Agile / Scrum knowledge and ways of working
  
• Knowledge of master data management & governance principles
  
• Technical skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications
  
• Proficiency in standard tools, such as SAP, Google Workspace mandatory for the job
  
• High Customer orientation and responsiveness
  
• Very good in building and managing business relationships
  
• Happy to work in a diverse team environment
  
• English language skills at negotiation level
