To support our expanding operations in Hamburg, we’re looking for skilled Bike Mechanic (f/m/d) who want to work hands-on with modern e-bikes, deliver high-quality repairs, and help our customers stay productive on the road.

Your Mission

• E-Bike Maintenance: You'll care for our e-bikes and ensure they're always in great condition. Regular checks will be part of your daily routine.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: With your trained eye, you'll quickly identify issues. You'll not only repair but also share your knowledge with colleagues.
• Parts Management: You'll oversee our spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements. You'll be prepared for all situations.
• Your Own Fleet: You'll take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from initial inspection to the final bolt.
• Mobile Service: Occasionally, you'll visit our partners to service e-bikes on-site.
• Customer Contact: You'll actively listen to our customers and seek feedback about our service. Your goal: happy customers!

Your skills and qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience with bicycles or e-bikes is great! Whether professional or as a hobby - the main thing is some basic knowledge. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
• Bicycle Enthusiast: You don't just enjoy riding bikes and e-bikes; you're also interested in how they work and how to repair them.
• Language: Fluent in either English or German. Both are even better!
• MOBILITY: A driving license is an absolute MUST!!!
