Junior CRM Marketing Manager (All Genders)

Are you passionate about CRM, customer communication, and data-driven marketing? At ahead, we’re focused on driving growth and increasing customer engagement through personalized campaigns and media initiatives. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior CRM Marketing Manager to strengthen our CRM initiatives.

In this role, you’ll help bring our CRM strategy to life – from email and WhatsApp to printed media – ensuring a consistent, localized, and high-performing customer experience. Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll execute newsletters, optimize CRM content, automate flows, and support loyalty and referral initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, creative work, enjoys measurable impact, and wants to deepen their expertise in retention and lifecycle marketing within a fast-paced environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Newsletter Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and send newsletters in Klaviyo, ensuring correct targeting, QA, and alignment with visuals, messaging, and offers

• Content Optimization & A/B Testing: Test and optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content blocks to improve open and click rates, and apply learnings to enhance future campaigns

• Flow & Localization Support: Support the setup and maintenance of automated CRM flows (welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.) and localize communication for DE, NL, CH, and new expansion markets

• Loyalty & Referral Program Support: Assist with loyalty program updates and referral campaigns, ensuring smooth integration with CRM flows and communications

• Own Media & Printed Campaigns: Support planning and execution of printed media touchpoints (postcards, inserts, flyers), coordinate with partners and help track impact

• Operational Support: Maintain campaign calendars, track performance metrics, and ensure smooth coordination across CRM, design, content, and operations teams

YOUR SKILLS

• CRM & Marketing Experience: Practical exposure to CRM, email marketing, automations, or customer communication through internships, student jobs, or studies

• Hands-On Mentality: Enjoy hands-on execution, including setting up campaigns, testing content, and following structured processes

• Structured Working Style: Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently

• Communication Skills: Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with external partners and internal teams in English; German is a plus

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and quick to learn analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, Influence.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze or similar)

• Flexibility & Learning: Open to learning new tools and processes, with curiosity for e-commerce, loyalty, and retention marketing
