Your work will focus on guiding clients through their most critical transformation challenges in logistics and supply chain management:

• Leading digital and operational programs across logistics, transport, and supply chain environments
• Designing and implementing integrated strategies that strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and operational performance
• Developing and executing change management approaches to enable cultural shifts, and adoption of new ways of working
• Shaping tailored transformation solutions aligned to client priorities and measurable impact
• Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand our footprint in this sector

Who you are

You are an analytical, structured thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You bring curiosity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial “can‑do” attitude, and you thrive in environments where you can shape outcomes. Additionally, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• A strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and supply chain transformation topics
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain
• Proven sales and project management experience
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps
• An excellent academic background (Master, MBA, or PhD)
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Solid knowledge of consulting methods and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
• A strong understanding of commercial and operational processes within supply chain management across industries
• Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
• Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a bonus
• Willingness to travel
