Associate Financial Advisor

Deutsche Vermögensberatung, founded in 1976 by Dr. Reinfried Pohl, offers comprehensive financial services for private clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our services include insurance, pension plans, savings and financing solutions, and investment funds.

As a Financial Advisor, you will assist our clients in planning their financial future. Your tasks will include analyzing individual client needs, creating tailored financial plans, and providing continuous support to adapt to changing life situations. This full-time position is hybrid, based in one of our offices across Germany or, if preferred, largely from home.

Tasks

Position: Financial Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive financial planning and investment advice for clients
• Development and implementation of tailored financial strategies
• Building and maintaining close client relationships
• Keeping up with market trends and financial products
• Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals

Position: Team Leader

Responsbilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of financial advisors
• Guiding and supporting team members in developing client relationships and financial strategies
• Monitoring team performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies
• Conducting regular training to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Promoting a positive and cooperative team environment

Requirements

Position: Financial Advisor

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in financial planning, pension planning, and investments
• Basic understanding of finance
• Experience in wealth management
• Analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and excellent communication skills
• Degree in finance or a comparable qualification

Position: Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a financial advisor or in
• a similar role
• Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are advantageous
