Our Ecommerce Management Team helps clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.The team is currently looking for a motivated Team Lead Marketplace Management / Amazon Consulting (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business.

The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• Together with your team, you will be responsible for successful sales and marketing of your customers' products on marketplaces with a clear focus on Amazon (Seller Central)

• You will be responsible for the efficient onboarding of new customers, including setting up seller accounts, content creation, product listing, fulfilment, etc.

• You will ensure the continuous, process-oriented growth of all accounts, including advertising, promotion, inventory management, account health, etc.

• You will take over responsibility and lead a team of 3-5 ecommerce professionals

• You will support your team with guidance and new ideas, will be the contact person with your expertise for all questions regarding Amazon, and you will actively share your knowledge with the team

Who Are You?

• You bring 6+ years of hands-on experience in online marketing and ecommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central

• You have gained your expertise preferably in an agency, on the brand side or in building your own successful business

• You take full ownership of your projects and hold yourself accountable for results

• You're a self-starter who can prioritize independently and isn't afraid to tackle new challenges head-on

• You have a genuine drive to continuously grow your expertise and stay ahead in a fast-moving industry

• You think and act in a quality- and solution-oriented way: good enough isn't good enough for you

• You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working with international clients
