Your mission

• Lead hardware product development from first prototype to full rollout
• Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement & Suppliers to deliver top-tier solutions
• Analyze markets & customer needs to identify innovation opportunities
• Shape and execute product strategies that scale with our growth
• Ensure high-quality hardware through smart component decisions
• Present product progress confidently to leadership, partners & teams
• Build strong internal networks through excellent communication & facilitation
• Navigate high-speed environments with calm focus & high ownership
• Push boundaries to make your product a market success

Your profile

You’re hands-on, tech-driven, and ready to make an impact. You love hardware, think in systems, and thrive at the intersection of tech and product.
We’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or Industrial Engineering (BSc/MSc) or a comparable qualification
• 2+ years experience in IoT or electronics product development
• Solid knowledge of PCBs & electronic components
• First experience in product or project management
• Strong communication & stakeholder skills
• Self-starter mindset with high accountability
• Fluent in English and German
