Working Student (m/f/d) Global Mobility Administration

As a working student, you will support our Global Mobility team with administrative processes related to international assignments. You will collaborate closely with specialists and help ensure smooth operations in travel calendars, invoice tracking, and tax coordination.

YOUR TASKS:

• Maintain and update travel calendars for around 40 employees abroad.
• Extract data and prepare various Excel reports.
• Track invoices from our tax provider and verify correct PO details.
• Request corrections for inaccurate invoice data.
• Support Global Mobility Specialists with administrative coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as the PC HUB for minor process improvements.
• Assist with handling requests to tax and social security authorities.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and confident handling of data.
• Structured and reliable working style.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
