As a Digital Transformation Lead – Customer Services (m/w/d) at Airbus, based in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will join the dynamic Transformation & Digital team within Customer Services Operations. • Take charge of leading and contributing to cross-functional projects within the department’s portfolio.
• Define, implement, and manage project teams across all project phases, including staff from various functions.
• Develop robust business cases and ensure milestone delivery according to project plans and portfolio guidelines.
• Maintain risk and opportunity management throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare concise decision-making dossiers and project review materials for management presentations.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and risk assessments to relevant stakeholders.

• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics.
• Possess 4 years of experience in customer service roles and 2 years in project leadership.
• Demonstrable expertise in project management, stakeholder management and using IT tools like SAP and Google Workspace.
• Good knowledge in change management and foundational understanding in process management and risk management.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and occasionally travel (4–6 times per year).
