Senior Partner Success Manager – Recruit DACH (all genders)

Companial is looking for a commercially driven senior Partner Success Manager – Recruit to grow our partner community across the DACH region.

In this role, your main focus is new business. You will identify, approach and recruit Microsoft partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and introduce them to the value Companial can bring to their business.

As an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, you will build relationships with new partners, understand their business needs and turn opportunities into long term partnerships. You will work closely with our regional sales and marketing teams and with Microsoft to further strengthen Companial's presence in the DACH market.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Microsoft partners and resellers across the DACH region

• Build and manage a strong new business pipeline, from first contact through to partner onboarding

• Recruit partners working with Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, as well as companies looking to establish or expand their Microsoft practice

• Develop and execute a go to market approach for partner acquisition together with sales and marketing

• Understand the commercial challenges and growth ambitions of potential partners and position Companial's services accordingly

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within prospective partner organizations

• Support newly recruited partners during their onboarding and help them successfully start working with Companial

• Work closely with Microsoft in the DACH region to identify opportunities and align partner recruitment activities with the Microsoft Business Applications strategy

About you

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or new business within complex products or services

• A proven ability to identify opportunities, open new doors and develop relationships from first contact to commercial partnership

• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, Microsoft Business Applications, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a strong advantage (especially in DACH region)

• Strong commercial communication and stakeholder management skills

• Native German and professional English, both written and spoken

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your market and pipeline

• Proactive, curious and motivated by building something new

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region when needed
