Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technischer Shopfloor Support (d/f/m) in Finkenwerder. This dynamic role requires a committed professional who will support daily shopfloor operations in a global environment. Key responsibilities include addressing technical issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and managing resources to adapt to fluctuating production demands. You will be an integral part of maintaining smooth manufacturing workflows, with opportunities for professional growth.

• Provide line-side support to resolve technical issues, including missing parts, non-conformities, and concessions.
• Perform work order management for out-of-cycle work and escalate recurring problems to relevant support teams.
• Collaborate with Work Prep, Production Pace Control, Maintenance, and other functions for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to capacity management by anticipating and addressing fluctuations in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for engineering and production processes. The following qualifications and experiences are required for this role in Finkenwerder:

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, production, or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge of production safety, technical documentation, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English and German, with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Management practices and civil aviation documentation is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (early and late shifts).
• Strong team collaboration skills, along with reliability and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
