Content Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Together with our team, you develop a holistic content strategy for web, social media, newsletters, and e commerce to drive growth across both B2B and B2C

• You bring this strategy to life by planning, creating, and managing content (text and visuals) across all communication channels

• This includes concepting and creating newsletters, Amazon and social media content, product copy, managing our website, and the option to create visuals and videos (e.g., reels, short clips, product and campaign videos)

• Therefore, you collaborate closely with various internal departments (e.g., Sales, E Commerce, Business Development) as well as external partners, creators, influencers, and agencies

• You ensure that all content reflects a unified tone of voice and strong, target group oriented brand messaging

• Furthermore, you continuously analyze and optimize content performance based on relevant KPIs

• You keep an eye on trends in content, social, video, and food and assess their relevance for us

Your profile:

• After completing your degree or apprenticeship in communications, marketing, media, or a related field, you gained at least 2 years of experience in content management, online marketing, or e commerce

• Thereby, you gained hands-on experience with newsletter tools (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp) and ideally worked with Amazon content or e commerce platforms

• You are very interested in food, lifestyle, nutrition as well as brand building and want to bring that passion into your daily work

• Furthermore, you are fluent in German and confident in English, with strong writing skills across storytelling, product copy, and marketing communication

• You work in a structured, independent, and proactive way and handle stakeholder management with confidence and clarity

• Additionally, you possess a solid understanding of visual design and enjoy collaborating with design teams – possibly, you also supported graphic or video production (e.g., content ideas, storyboards, basic edits, or briefing external creators)

• Your analytical approach and grasp of performance‑focused content set you apart
