Lean Industrial System Design Engineer (d/f/m) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Lean Industrial System Design Engineer (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

• Contribute to conception of Industrial Systems of Airbus Plants and Final Assembly Lines for future and existing Programs
• Support Key industrialization projects with Manufacturing Line Design skills and competences to ensure project outcomes are delivering tangible benefits and long term performance
• Evaluate and challenge current and future industrial solutions and give recommendations to Industrial Architects through Airbus innovative digital capabilities
• Develop Manufacturing Line Design ways of working to answer the business priorities

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in Interface Management
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, Production planning/control and Process improvement
• Experience in Lean and Conception of Industrial Systems is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Change Management
• Knowledge in KAIZEN
• Very good knowledge of Lean Management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• German is nice to have
• Willingness to travel (approximately once per month, within Europe)
