Ihre Aufgaben

Your Mission
As part of our aeronautics division, you will bridge the gap between support functions and daily production activities. You’ll help ensure smooth administration, effective resource coordination, and well-structured technical documentation.

Your Responsibilities
• Support audit preparation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of CFT documentation
• Support operational surveillance activities and ensure services meet contract requirements
• Prepare presentations and documentation for Progress Review Meetings and monthly follow-ups
• Coordinate and manage building and IT access requests
• Monitor weekly planning and track employee attendance to ensure operational stability
• Assist in validating working hours within the clocking system
• Support coordination of technical, material, and human resources for daily operations
• Assist in managing purchase orders
• Track and analyze Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SQCDPF metrics
• Support tracking of employee skills and qualification validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN methodologies
• Use Excel / Google Sheets to analyze performance data, create dashboards, and quantify improvements
• Prepare professional PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support documentation of work processes in line with environmental and social legislation
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership

Ihr Profil

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in the aeronautical field
• Fluent in English, German and/or French are a plus
• Basic understanding of management and production management methods
• Ability to analyze and quantify CDC (specifications)
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data tools
• High responsiveness and flexibility towards customer needs
• Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
