Internship: Improving Project Management Processes with Digital Tools (A320 Family Program) (d/f/m)

Are you a student with a passion for digital solutions and a desire to improve business processes? We're looking for a Project Management intern to join our team for the A320 Family Program. You'll gain hands-on experience by helping us improve our project management with new technology tools and strategies.

• Location: Hamburg
• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: 6 months

We are an international and diverse team of ~15 employees of all ages & proficiencies. We consult and support project leaders in the A320 Operations area with the planning and execution of medium and large industrial projects.

We mainly use Google Workspace and other applications for our work. During this internship, you will become familiar with these tools and help us identify and implement ways to improve them.

Your location

Your tasks an responsibilities

• Improve Our Workflows: Analyze our team's current processes in Google Workspace and find clever ways to make them more efficient and automated.
• Discover New Tools: Research, test, and recommend new AI-powered and other software that can help our team work smarter and collaborate better.
• Build Solutions: Create and launch new automated solutions using modern no-code/low-code platforms and Google Apps Script.
• Create Guides : Develop easy-to-understand documentation and training guides to help your colleagues quickly learn and use new tools.
• Support the Team: Act as the main contact person for any questions about our digital tools and the solutions you've introduced.
• Track Your Impact: Monitor how well the new solutions are working and report on their success to the team.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Field of Study: Enrolled full-time student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a similar technical or business-related field.
• Passion for Applied Technology: You are passionate about using digital tools, AI, and automation to improve processes. You either have experience with or a strong desire to learn no-code/low-code platforms and scripting languages like Google Apps Script.
• Google Workspace Knowledge : You have strong skills and a real interest in e.g. Google Workspace suite (Gemini, GDrive, GSheets, Apps Script, etc.).
• Project Management Basics : You have a basic understanding of project management principles and methods. This is very helpful for the role.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You have an analytical mindset and enjoy finding creative, hands-on solutions to challenges.
• Proactive Attitude: You are self-motivated, take initiative, and can work independently.
• Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and have the ability to explain technical ideas in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Language Skills: You must be fluent in English. Any German language skills are a plus.
