Vice President, Global Operating Model & Continuous Improvement

The Vice President Global Operating Model & Continuous Improvement is responsible for designing, implementing, evolving and optimizing the Operational global operating model for our Service business. The role ensures organizational alignment, process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer value.


Responsibilities

  • Design, implement & evolve the Global Operating Model
  • Oversee the development and execution of a unified global operating model that aligns organizational design, talent strategy, core processes, performance management, systems, and data governance
  • Ensure the new model is aligned with strategic business needs.
  • Develop aligned and optimized global principles, standards, and policies.
  • Direct global governance frameworks and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee audits of adherence across all regions and functions. Establishing KPIs and maturity assessments to track compliance.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes across regions and functions.
  • Improve operational performance, quality, and cost efficiency by introducing global best practices.
  • Guide organizational adoption of the new Global Operating Model.
  • Coordinate change efforts with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Deploy global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards.
  • Work closely with regional and global leaders in Service, CX, Operations, Commercial, Workforce Management, and Training.
  • Lead and develop a team of 25 FTEs.
  • Strengthen skills, guide leaders, and create a positive culture of achievement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA
  • 10-15+ years in global operations, PMO, transformation, or process excellence roles.
  • Experience implementing global operating models at scale.
  • Extensive change leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in complex, multicultural, matrixed organizations.
