Studio NX is Beiersdorf’s in-house EUNA content powerhouse, creating high-quality, modern and versatile content for our digital channels. We develop thumb-stopping social content designed to scale across markets and platforms, enabling us to inspire consumers at every touchpoint of their journey.

The Social Content & Activation Team is part of the EUNA Integrated Communication (ICOM) organization, supporting EUNA’s connected communication ecosystem across campaigns, media, search, e-commerce, influencer marketing and data & analytics. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, contribute to exciting social media initiatives and take ownership of projects that help drive our social content agenda forward, such as:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of social content productions and shoots within Studio NX
• Contribute to the development and activation of social-first content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
• Assist & manage content rights and buyout management, as well as the maintenance of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
• Create social media performance reports, analyses and insights to support content optimization
• Monitor social media, creator and platform trends and identify new opportunities for content innovation
• Prepare presentations, best-practice showcases and communication materials for internal stakeholders
• Take ownership of dedicated workstreams and smaller projects that support the evolution of Studio NX and our social content operations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across EUNA, Global teams, markets, agencies and other cross-functional partners
• Exposure to leading social-first marketing practices and content production workflows
• Opportunity to contribute your ideas and take ownership of meaningful projects
• Get valuable insights into integrated communications, influencer marketing, content strategy and digital activation at Beiersdorf

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in an university or university of applied sciences program, ideally in Marketing, Media Management, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field
• Enrolled throughout the entire working student period
• Be part of a dynamic, collaborative and creative team environment
• Passion for social media, digital storytelling, influencer marketing and emerging platform trends
• Strong interest in content creation and social-first communication
• Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style
• Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and an interest in understanding content performance and audience behavior
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Very good MS Office skills; familiarity with social media, content management, analytics, or creative tools is a plus
• You are available immediately
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
