About the department

The Global Offshore CPX Cost Management team advances offshore projects by delivering dependable cost estimates, clear visibility into costs, and support for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the group creates project budgets, leads benchmarking efforts, and enhances costing methods. As part of Global Offshore Customer Project Execution (CPX), we ensure cost competitiveness while maintaining robust cost governance and risk awareness.

Your responsibilities - here's where you can get involved!

As part of our team, you will support offshore wind projects around the world by delivering dependable cost insights and promoting commercial Excellence.

• You are responsible for developing construction budgets and cost estimates for offshore wind projects in markets around the world
• You collaborate closely with Bid Management, Project Management, and other key stakeholders, delivering practical support on cost matters
• You enable cost transparency and continuous improvement through benchmarking, business analysis, and data-driven insights to enhance business performance and estimate accuracy
• You advance costing tools, processes, and governance standards, ensuring lessons learned are captured and embedded into future projects

Your profile - what makes you well suited for this role

• You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• You bring 2-3 years of experience in cost management, project controls, commercial management, estimating, or financial analysis
• You have solid analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities; experience with BI tools, SQL, Copilot Agent Builder, or data analytics is a plus
• You ideally have experience in offshore wind, energy, infrastructure, or other large-scale project environments
• You combine commercial awareness with a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights
• You cultivate productive stakeholder relationships and make complex concepts clear, engaging, and easy to follow
• You work in a structured, practical, and detail-oriented manner, taking charge of your tasks and delivering high-quality results
• You thrive in collaborative and international environments, working effectively across teams, functions, and organizational boundaries
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
