If you thrive on discovery, come join our team and make your impact! We are looking for a B.Sc . or M.Sc . in below mentioned studies as Clinical Data Manager / Biomedical Data Specialist (Oncology) (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Conduct data analyses, evaluations, and validations in accordance with internal SOPs and quality standards
• Review datasets for integrity, consistency, completeness, and accuracy
• Perform data cleaning and harmonization to ensure high data quality
• Create dashboards and reports in Tableau for management, internal projects, and KPI monitoring
• Perform database queries (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) to analyze and provide clinical and biological data
• Continuously refine and harmonize processes related to data collection, validation, and processing
• Support the development, implementation, and testing of new tools, automation scripts, and data workflows
• Prepare, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct biological interpretation of genes based on current scientific literature
• Collaborate closely with clinical partners to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth data exchange
• Work with internal departments to align processes and facilitate interdisciplinary communication
• Contribute to interdisciplinary research and development projects

Qualifikation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Molecular Medicine, Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related life‑science or clinical data field
• Experience working with clinical, biological, or molecular data
• Strong understanding of data validation, data quality control, and structured documentation (e.g., SOPs)
• Hands-on experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Practical experience with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
• Knowledge of oncology-specific biomarkers or tumor biology
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GDPR, or clinical data governance standards
• Experience with biobank processes, clinical sample logistics, or clinical research workflows
