The Spares & Services Digital Department is the key provider of IT solutions for Airbus Material Management's Spares and Customer Services organizations worldwide, serving a large community of 20,000 internal and external users. We manage a portfolio of applications, predominantly SAP-based, many of which are business-critical. The team is embedded in the Center of Excellence for ERP. Our mission is to continuously support and advise the Airbus Customer Service organization on all information system topics related to spares, kits supply chain and production, including sales, distribution, procurement, warehousing, production, quality, and planning. - Manage SAP Master Data Topics in different projects of the department, perform change requests and support the Run team in case of expertise support
- Be part of a large business transformation project including the move to a SAP S4 system and help to define the future master data structure and processes
- Address business process needs related to Master Data
- Customize the relevant SAP modules in order to link business needs with SAP solutions
- Promote and deliver standard solutions to the business
- Organize gap analysis loops and drive business to come back to the standard. Lead the decision process by the business value and the Airbus ERP strategy
- Manage the project activities to build and deploy the IT solutions
- Expertise in one or more of the following modules is of interest for customer services activities: SD, MM, PP, WM
- SAP S4 experience is a clear plus
- Relevant experience in the area of Master Data Management
- Capability to customize SAP modules
- Strong knowledge of Logistic, Sales and Service Business Processes
- Capability to challenge business needs so as to come back to standard functions
- Proven project management experience
- Language skills: negotiation level of English; French and/or German would be a plus
- Having a delivery and customer-oriented mindset is self-evident for you
- Thinking innovative and working autonomous is a part of your professional DNA
- You have good communication skills and capacity to drive the change
- You are a team-player but also able to work on your own, in a result-driven manner
