We are looking for an Assistant Administrator (part time) who will support us in admin tasks in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Berlin.

What you will do:

• Collecting invoices
• Posting and releasing
• Administration of the processes
• Organising the cost centres
• Helping with analyses for other entities (HR, tax, etc.)
• Helping with process creation and documentation

What we would like you to have:

• Speaking English and German fluently
• Availability to join us as a part time employee
• Proven experience in a similar role is welcome
