As our Senior Global Loyalty Program Lead (m/f/d) , you will be the strategic architect and operational owner of HYROX’s loyalty and community offerings. You will design, launch, and scale our first-ever global loyalty program from the ground up. You will bridge digital technology, data architecture, and commercial strategy to turn physical race achievements into digital status and tangible rewards. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Integration: Collaborate closely with the Digital & Tech teams to define system requirements, evaluate software solutions (Loyalty / CRM tools), and integrate them seamlessly into the HYROX digital ecosystem.
• Data Architecture: Leverage CRM expertise to establish a unified 360-degree customer view, ensuring strict data governance, GDPR compliance, and clean data collection practices.
• Personalization: Build data-driven segmentation models to deliver personalized offers and experiences through the loyalty portal.
• Concept & Mechanics: Define the core value proposition, reward structures, tiering logic, and earn-and-burn mechanics that resonate with HYROX athletes, gyms, and spectators.
• Community Integration: Design gamification elements that tie physical achievement (e.g., race completion, training milestones) to digital status and tangible rewards.
• Commercial Strategy: Align program design with business goals—driving repeat event registrations, merchandise sales, and overall Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant Track Record: Proven senior experience leading global CRM, membership, or loyalty programs in sports business, consumer tech, or financial services (ideally with exposure to card-linked programs or Visa/Mastercard integration ecosystems).
• Architect & Executor Mindset: You have successfully built loyalty programs from zero to one—handling both high-level strategy (mechanics, financial modeling, partnerships) and hands-on execution (tech implementation, segmentation workflows).
• Data-Obsessed & GDPR Compliant: Deep understanding of modern CRM data architecture, customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics engines, and strict European data privacy standards.
• Partner Integration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent and fast paced stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively across Tech, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
• Go-to-Market & Community Activation: Strong project management skills and clear communication
• Language: C-Level english
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg / London
