Your mission

In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of our core revenue-generating platform, LMS Enterprise, which serves thousands of European B2B customers. Your mission is to maintain the stability and profitability of this critical backbone while aligning your roadmap with the rollout of our next-generation platform, LMS Next.

Based in Hamburg with regular travel to Naarden, you will act as a key connector between cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analytics, and international country managers. You will manage the daily complexity of a mid-transition product landscape, ensuring that our established market success effectively fuels our future platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership You own the backlog of LMS Enterprise – our established, revenue-generating platform. That means setting priorities, managing stability, and making sure our current customers continue to get value while we prepare them for the future. Feature Evaluation Every incoming request is a decision: fix it in Enterprise, or build it better in Next? You are the person who makes that call – together with the team, but with a clear point of view.

Stakeholder Management You are the go-to person for everything Enterprise-related. Sales, CS, country managers, finance – they will all come to you. You keep them informed, aligned, and occasionally redirected.

Collaborative Transition The end goal is one platform. Getting there requires close coordination between Hamburg and Naarden – between the people who know Enterprise inside out and the people building what comes next. You are the connective tissue.

Requirements Engineering You turn messy business needs into clear, actionable work for engineers. Together with our Technical BA, you make sure nothing gets lost in translation between business and tech.

What you need to succeed

• Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to make decisions in complex and sometimes ambiguous situations

• Confidence in prioritizing work and managing competing business needs

• You know how to say “no” while making stakeholders feel heard and understood

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across locations (HH and Naarden)

• Curiosity for AI tools and digital solutions that improve productivity and workflows

• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational detail when needed

• Fluent German and English skills are required / Dutch language skills are a plus
