As our Junior Brand Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll help our hotel and F&B brands shine. You’ll develop creative marketing campaigns, manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and ensure our brands are consistently represented across both online and offline touchpoints.

Working closely with Sophie, our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll plan and deliver events, build exciting partnerships, and help make our hotel the talk of the town. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes this role so exciting.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• You develop and implement creative marketing initiatives for our hotels and F&B outlets in collaboration with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
• You create engaging photo, video, and written content in both German and English for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
• You manage guest communication across both online and offline channels
• You plan and coordinate press, influencer, and client events
• You bring our monthly Spotlight events to life – from concept and planning to promotion and execution
• You maintain and update our websites, online profiles, and OTA channels
• You create and distribute our marketing newsletters
• You build local partnerships and foster relationships with brands, media partners, and neighboring businesses

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have initial professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry and have a good command of English
• You are highly organized, enjoy planning events, and love bringing creative ideas to life
• You are a hands-on person with an open and flexible personality who enjoys interacting with people
• You bring not only your skills and expertise but also your personality to the team
• You have a hands-on mentality
