Sales Assistant for Food Ingredients  (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Your main responsibility is to support our sales team in their daily business by taking over administrative tasks and building the bridge between sales and logistics

• This includes the preparation of offers, contracts and order confirmations as well as documentation management for sales and purchasing activities

• You monitor and manage product positions, including stock levels, replenishment planning, and the timely fulfillment of contractual obligations

• Additionally, you create reports, analysis and calculations

• Furthermore, you support planning exhibitions and trade shows, organizing meetings and business trips as well as creating business presentations

• You take over additional tasks such as sampling and the automation as well as optimization of repetitive tasks and processes

Your profile:

• You successfully finished your commercial education and gained previous experience in an administrative, sales, logistics or customer service related position

• As a great team player, you are characterized by your reliability, proactivity, precision, and hands on mentality

• Furthermore, you possess strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and find short-term solutions if needed

• You proficiently use the MS Office products (especially Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Additionally, you demonstrate very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
