Head of Business Development (m/f/d)

Ziel der Position:

Titan Wind Europe is expanding its position in the European offshore wind foundation market, with its major manufacturing platform in Cuxhaven focused on large-scale monopiles and related offshore foundation solutions from sister yards in China and Denmark. We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead Titan's commercial development in the European offshore wind market. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for identifying and converting new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and helping shape Titan's long-term market and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in offshore wind, with a strong track record in business development, commercial management, sales or strategic customer management. Experience in offshore marine logistics, installation or port operations would be a strong advantage.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

• Develop and execute Titan Wind Europe and Group's business development and commercial strategy for the offshore market.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with offshore wind developers, turbine OEMs, EPC contractors, foundation contractors and marine/offshore service providers.
• Identify upcoming European offshore wind projects and develop a structured project and customer pipeline, from early market engagement through project realization.
• Position Titan Group's global manufacturing and North Sea logistics platform as a competitive solution for European offshore wind projects.
• Explore additional opportunities around monopiles, jackets, transition pieces, floating structures, marshalling, port services and associated offshore logistics solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, project management, production, procurement and finance to develop commercially viable project solutions.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, capacity, pricing, technology, project pipelines and customer strategies.
• Represent Titan at industry events and in senior-level customer and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the management team in strategic decisions concerning market entry, partnerships, investments and future business development.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships across the European offshore wind supply chain.

Ihr Profil:

We are looking for a commercially driven offshore wind professional with:

• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably with substantial exposure to the offshore wind foundations market.

• A proven track record in business development, sales, commercial management or strategic account management.

• Strong understanding of the offshore wind foundation value chain, particularly monopiles and large steel foundations.

• Established relationships with key European offshore wind developers, OEMs, EPCs and/or marine contractors.

• Strong commercial negotiation and contract-management capabilities.

• Ability to understand technical issues and translate them into commercial propositions and customer value.

• Experience with offshore marine logistics, installation, heavy-lift, ports or project logistics would be a significant advantage.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across international and multicultural environments.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.

• Fluent English; German and/or other European languages would be an advantage.

This is an opportunity to take a key commercial leadership role in the development of Titan Wind Europe's offshore foundation business at a strategically located North Sea manufacturing site. You will work directly with senior management and have significant influence over Titan's European customer strategy, project pipeline, partnerships and future growth. The preferred location is Hamburg, with flexibility for Cuxhaven or Varde.
