Marketing Manager DACH (d/f/m)

To take our brand presence in the DACH-market to the next level, we are looking for a visionary, hands-on Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team right here in Hamburg. You’ll take ownership of planning, managing and executing marketing initiatives across all online and offline channels . This role goes beyond traditional social media marketing. It combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong project management , paired with a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand experience.

YOUR MISSION

You won't just manage tasks; you will own the DACH market. As our marketing champion, you are the link between our global brand identity and the local community:

• Own the Arena: Own and lead event marketing for all HYROX DACH events, including full responsibility for on-site execution across multi-day (4–5 day) events. Act as the on-site marketing lead, managing all offline and online activations, teams, coordinating stakeholders, press and ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
• Shape the Brand Voice & Presence: Define and drive the strategic direction of the DACH market. You develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies from initial idea to final roll-out, including full budget ownership.
• Drive Omnichannel Campaigns: Design integrated marketing campaigns that match our global CI, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across all online and offline channels - including OOH (out-of-home**)** implementations.
• Create Experience-First Activations: Develop and deliver unique on-site activations that level up the overall event experience for athletes, spectators, and partners.
• Engage & Connect: Build and own a holistic content strategy across all social channels and level up our community management.
• Ambassador Management : Lead our ambassador program and strategically deepen our influencer relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub between local execution and internal global stakeholders (e.g., Global Brand, Ticketing, Partnerships, PR, and Events).
• Data-Driven Impact: Own performance marketing activities and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights
• CRM: Develop and implement newsletter campaigns targeted for our specific audiences.
• Expand the Footprint: Support and contribute to marketing activities for additional European events, including potential on-site involvement where required.

YOUR PROFILE

• The Track Record: You bring at least 3 years of experience in a fast-moving marketing, project management, or content-driven role.
• The Background: A degree in marketing, communications, communication design, or business gives you a strong strategic foundation.
• The Language: You are an exceptional communicator. Because you’ll work locally and globally, immaculate German and English (C-Level) are essential.
• The Mindset: You possess an extreme ownership mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a creative, solutions-oriented way of working.
• The Creative Edge (Big Plus): You have a sharp eye for aesthetics and hands-on skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design.
